I did not like the pack of communication. As a first time homeowner I had to ask questions to figure things out vs someone helping. Example closing check I happen to ask Yinet who should I make the check out to. In my head I was going to make it out to Fairway because no one had told me different. It's the small details like that left out the whole time. I feel most people would know those details are missing yet I am very inquisitive. I would have like more understanding.
